Understanding your score

80+

Excellent financial confidence

You are actively saving, investing, managing debt and planning for retirement across all active pillars. Your financial life is working hard for you. Keep building — small consistent improvements now compound powerfully over time.

With property included: You have also built meaningful equity and asset wealth. Your overall financial position is genuinely strong.

65+

Strong financial foundation

You have solid habits in place and good momentum across multiple pillars. A few targeted actions — increasing savings, adding voluntary super, or starting an investment — could push you into the excellent range quickly.

With property included: Your property equity is adding meaningful weight to your overall position. Keep chipping away at the mortgage.

50+

Building real momentum

The foundations are forming. You are doing the right things in at least a few areas. Now is the time to review where your unallocated income is going and direct more of it purposefully toward savings, investment or super.

With property included: Owning property puts you ahead of many. Focus on building equity faster with extra repayments where you can.

30+

Getting started

You have made a start and that matters. Many people never take this step. Your score reflects that there is real opportunity to improve across several pillars. Even one or two changes — a small savings target, a super top-up — can move the needle quickly.

With property included: Property ownership is a significant asset even at low equity. Staying consistent with repayments will build your score over time.

0+

Time to take control

This score is not a judgment — it is a starting point. Everyone begins somewhere and the fact you are here means you are ready to take your financial confidence seriously. Start with one pillar. Build one habit. The Advantage is here to help you every step of the way.

With property included: If you are a homeowner, your equity is your foundation. Even at an early stage, you have an asset working for you.

HOW THE SCORE TOTAL WORKS

Without property opted in, the core 75 points are scaled proportionally to 100 so renters and non-property owners are never penalised. When property is opted in, the full 100-point scale applies directly with no scaling.
